Amazon is regarded as largest online retailer in the world, Amazon’s business model, like many other models, works on moving parts or things to the consumer, but there is where the similarities end. Amazon’s success in Managing the business is envy by many, but achievable by few. Prior management systems were mostly created for internal command and control of personnel, fixated on competition and short-term profits. The old system contained many bureaucratic, hierarchical layers that only slowed the decision making and were not created to focus at all on customers, or on innovation for customers. Then came the digital era; the era of the internet and computers and of pioneers such as Jeff Bezos, which revolutionized and disrupted the corporate leadership management system by creating a culture of ownership on all employees and management that totally avoids complacency and bureaucracy to creep in.

CONCLUSION:
Every top public traded earning company of the Western World will always have to deal with the pressure of not only innovating and surpassing their methods and procedures to stay top leaders of their industry, but that they need to be earning profit for their investors and stock holders as well on a continuous basis. This level of pressure for any company is hard to maintain and usually the disadvantage goes to the employees or even to the customer itself since the company will focus on profit earnings instead of customer satisfaction and employee well-being. Amazon, on the other hand, has surpassed the expectations of every sector of the industry by not only showing great profit margins to their stock holders year after year, but also it has created a well-developed and healthy culture for their over 1 million employees to thrive upon and enjoy the ample opportunities given to them. This successful and exceptional management system has been accomplished by utilizing leadership principles created by an outstanding leader that is obsessed with top customer service, focus heavily on retention and development of great employees and it is constantly expending millions of dollars in technological advancements to improve their service capabilities and remain on top of the industry.
