Analysis of this topic helps to understand the need to manage finances and facilitate the development of better strategies in doing business. Firms work towards development of unique and successful strategies for financial achievement. However, there can be various challenges when implementing the findings involving financial planning and forecasting. However, having significant critical information will facilitate the achievement of the organizational goals.
