America's economy appears to be maintaining a growth momentum through the year. The country resent financial state as related to the GDP it proves that the economy is rapidly rising every year. It shows that the economy is expanding at a gradual rate especially during the winter season. The economic growth may slow down due to increasing of interest rates and inflation in the country. The government improved the labor market which encouraged employment therefor increasing the personal income of an individual (LeMay, 2013). The economic factors may deter foreign investment because the challenges on the economic progress will disrupt business activities and make investor lose confidence in investing. Even though the economy of America is one of the best, it has setbacks such as the rising income inequality and detonating infrastructure. The issues are not able to attract investors to invest any longer in the country.
