The possibilities of the flavors provided at Fruity Surprise are infinite. Apart from this, the company is dedicated to providing the smoothies in disposable cups which can be consumed on the go. The Company is located in the Bay Area specifically San Francisco which has a population of 805, 235 people according to the 2010 population census. (Nienhaus, 2001)
The company is poised to supplement the bottom line by providing the customers with an attractive, health-focused food which is in line with the current lifestyle of the people.
Compared to other smoothie companies, fruit surprise exceeds the customer's expectations, through a wide range of various drinks and smoothies that are made with quality ingredients and with competitive prices and with significant margin. The general populations from this piece of the city need a smoothie or bike shop that provides quick beverages as well as sound bites considering the blue and office nature of their occupations. The firm is aimed at doing its operations at their level best to ensure that the services and products produces are of high quality. The firm has the courage that is essential to carry out the future operations that are yet to come.
The mission statement and the values of the company steer the operations of the company. They outline how the company should conduct its marketing strategies. The integrity, passion and diversity values help the company to establish a strong marketing strategy that gains the company a competitive advantage and promotes its sales.
