February 28: Interviewed Linux Company HR manager as to why employee morale is vital for the organization
March 2: Investigated record reports related to labor turnover, rate of absenteeism and strikes which are indicators of the level of morale
March 6: Analyzed journal articles on best organizational behaviors as well as the best practices leading to high employee morale in the fortune 100 companies.
Work in progress: Reviewing the questionnaires used in surveying Linux Company employees
