Final Project Format for writeup Case study analysis on NLMK strike

You will work on this CASE STUDY WITH NLMK as your group project due in December. You will need to search for the parties involved (management versus union), basic company background for NLMK, and the relationship between NLMK and USW Local 1016-03, CBA issue(s) that causing the impasses, the timelines of what happened, the positions of two sides for and against its proposal, alternatives or other options to end the strike or to solve the impasses, the best recommendation from your alternatives, conclusion of your case analysis. Remember to use any of the knowledge from our chapters especially for impasses/strikes and benefit/healthcare.
