Questions:

1. Define Motivation. According to Maslow, what are the key motivational factors?

2. Choose a company from the IBEX35 and prepare a SWOT analysis.

3. For the same company, explain which is it´s unique sales proposition, and explain what is it´s strategy. What kind of potential types of organization could the company have, and what would be the preferred one for you?

4. Prepare a porter analysis for the Automotive industry

5. Can you define the difference between programmed and non-programmed types of decision and its relationship with the strategic plan of a company?

Critical Thinking (20%)
