Introduction

The purpose of this large-scale project is to gather information on institutional processes and to gather insights that specific forces that may be regulated in the care of children, may help to reduce the potential import / spread of COVID-19 during the current epidemic. The operating staff is made up of direct and part-time care providers who work inappropriately, overseen by the director, who owns them.

Under the current COVID-19 epidemic conditions, Sunlight Childcare has implemented the following infection control measures: hand washing and using a hand sanitizer during the day, using face masks for children over 3, to prevent foreign visitors and parents from dropping out of the facility. The only alternative applies to supervisors in charge of Children's Family and Family Division, which medical needs are important for children and emergency repair workers.

"Based on the available evidence, children do not appear to be at higher risk of COVID-19 than adults" (CDC, 2020) However, it is important to note that the implementation of infection control measures in a selected population is very important because since it is a new disease that is being studied daily.

This project aims to analyze the educational needs of employees and families in implementing strategies to prevent the introduction and / or break the transmission chain within their homes, communities, and within the institution. Each family should use a closed environment and follow the compulsory social distance law.

The results of this study will help to identify which alternatives can be used at Sunshine Childcare, as well as the educational features needed for employees and families to prevent transmission.

Problem Statement

Sunshine Childcare has used restrictive guidelines regarding outside visitors and the parent's ability to access the actual building when they drop off their children and pick them up. Alternatively, they enforce the use of facial masks for staff, parents and children over the age of 3, as well as for handwashing and hand hygiene. The problem lies when we try to prevent infection not only from / from children, but also from families and employees even outside the institution, as well as finding out what educational features are needed and what processes and resources can be best used at the center.

"No matter what level of referral the community has, the entire child care system should have a plan to protect employees, children and their families from the COVID-19 broadcast" (CDC, 2020).

Research Questions

What are the educational requirements, what alternatives can be used, and what resources may be available to prevent the increase in the introduction of COVID-19 in a private Sunshine Childcare organization?

How to work

Information to be collected is a link between the current indicators and actual measures used in Sunshine Childcare. Also, we will evaluate the quality of education in relation to preventing COVID19 from the number studied. We will research the availability of resources available at a childcare center that may contribute to the increase in quality education and / or the prevention of the COVID-19 topic.

Time

The trial will begin on June 5, 2020, and end on August 13, 2020

Prior research and ongoing data collection will be used, including any existing written cases, if any.

The objectives of this investigation are:

Identify educational needs for children, families, staff, and center managers regarding infection control o COVID 19

Establish a plan to implement key strategies for providing education to the selected population

I believe the timetable should be realistic in the current circumstances regarding COVID-19 in our community

Analyze how the gap in education and / or current guidelines enhances the ability to introduce / distribute COVID-19 in this community, and identify possible resources to expand prevention efforts.

The standard review will include biweekly meetings and follow-up date arrivals with preceptor managers and providers. Progress will be tracked by clicking on details and information, among the alternatives that the developer and institution may suggest.
