To complete your weekly ARC Assessment Assignment, it should contain the following pages:

Assignment = Minimum of 2 pages Maximum of 3 pages

Heading (1-2 pages)

References (1 pages)

The following pages are examples of how you should set up your assignment. It should begin with the body of the paper. A heading for each week’s assignment should be aligned to the left (like the example below). The last page will be your References. You have an example of how it should be setup as well. Any sources that you use to write your paper should be included in the references.

Communication ( This is a sample. Each week you will change the heading to match the assessment for the week. The body of the paper is double-spaced.)

Recently, All Pines Hospital experienced an issue with their Cardiology Department and their chief of staff, Dr. Palmer. The department was dissatisfied with how the logins were being used for the hospital’s electronic health record. The physicians also wanted unlimited access to all patient records.

The hospital felt that this was a security and privacy issue ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

In paragraph format you will answer the questions associated with the week’s assignment. Do not repeat the questions in your response. If you have a source that you used to address an issue, site it in the paper. An example would be: According to Hoyt, Yoshihashi, and Bailey (2012), security is an important aspect of the EHR that all employees must adhere to in order to maintain a secure record. Then the textbook by Hoyt would be included in the Reference list (see example).

Another example would be: Push technology refers to clinicians sending (pushing) information to another provider mostly by email, or other secure messaging process (Hoyt, Yoshihashi, and Bailey, 2012. p.116). If you use the same source several times, you do not have to list it in the reference list but once.
