What are the activities and tasks given to you during this month?

This week, they gave me a sheet to do. I Invite the customers who cancel their requests to find the problems and solve them also, I was responsible for any issue customers have and solve it with kind comment to make sure customer will remain loyal.

Week 2: I was responsible for post a story on the (Instagram, Twitter) and scheduled for marketing.

I did also the quantity for the new products and for the sold-out products.

Also, they gave me to write a post for the FIFA to show the costumers a new discount for Saudi Arabia national football.

What skills did you learn through the month?

1- I learn how to helped costumers that have problem in payment method, and to how I can find the products to make costumer ordered directly and help the costumer who order with tabby then how they can complete the order. this functions that helped me to expand my knowledge if I have a business.

2- I learn how to make a special price by make a new coupon to make costumer buy if the prices higher.

3- l learns also how-to negotiate and communicate with customers and how to be patient with customers and how to solve their issues.

4- I learned how to schedule the posts on Twitter and Instagram.

5- I learn how to add a new price in every product.

They gave me a critical mission that I must complete in

How did you overcome these difficulties?

I focus on the task, I have put a goal or target to achieve it before the deadlines. And I succeeded to submit the task ahead of schedule.

I learned how to manage my time in a way that makes me feel the other manage activities well.

What did you want to learn more?

Regarding new knowledge, I learn every new idea, and combine with my little knowledge to finish it off completely a new idea improves my learning skills.
