INTRODUCTION
The MTC Company is an established organization that is set to make transactions easier by making it possible for one to view their accounts and pay their bills anytime and anywhere, all this is done using a smartphone in one's hands, the environment of the company its environment is purely online dealing with its customers in the online platform. Just like any other company, this also does have problems and issues to do with hiring, finding the best employees that will suit the online services that the company provides is mostly not an easy thing, also finding reliable employees and those who are honest is also a hard task for the company. In the company, therefore, improving its hiring system will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and service delivery which is of high standards, workers who are more qualified tend to bring more positive results to the table that the ones who do not qualify. This paper is therefore set tom look at these problems and using different stages tries to solve the same.
Strategic use of technology
The business strategy of the company is to involve itself in trying to give out services which are of world-class, just like any other company, the goal is to outshine the competitors and to achieve that, clients would be given with services of high quality for loyalty and customer retention, to make this happen, the company understands that the main weapon to this is having employees who are highly qualified for the job, the experience that the workers will bring in to the company will help the company grow and go in the direction that it is supposed to. To meet the customers’ expectations, the company must have a strong team of workers with different skills (Morone, 2019). The current manual hiring system has proven to be faulty to the company, this needs more workers which means more expenditure on the same, the current manual hiring has proven that it cannot provide basic information on the kind of workers that the company needs, therefore by making improvements on the hiring system would make sure that the working team of the company would be the right one and make the company be competitive and in the long run expanding its operations
Competitive advantage
Larger companies have proven to be a threat to the company, other small companies are also being very stiff competitors to the same, and some of these companies have their loyal customers which makes them dangerous. However, even with all this stiff competition, the company is lucky to have a very strong team which is equipped with the needed skills which are needed for customer satisfaction and services, however considering a new hiring system will bring more advantage to the company and making its workforce even stronger. (Christensen, 2017)
Strategic objectives
The business development of MTC will be increased and this will be made possible by the same winning new contracts in the IT consulting sector. The company will also hire 75 fresh workers who will be joining the already working staffs so as the company will increase the contract number that the company can work with simultaneously, the new hiring system will make sure that the objectives to hire 75 new working staffs will be possible so as the two contracts which are expected can be handled, the same will also make the company be equipped with manpower that it needs so as the same can handle and win more contracts. (Quezada et al,.2019)
Decision making
On the strategic level, the chief financial officer is the one who decides to multiply the funding channeled to the hiring system so as the company can have highly qualified workers, this decision can be taken by the CFO because having a hiring system which is good since it will provide best workers.
Operational managers’ help in improving services by bringing about shifts so that the job completion will be on time, this decision can be made by the same since the hiring system will provide for more workers which will make shifts possible.
The human resource director may decide that for easy delivery of service it will divide the different departments since the hiring system can give forth workers who are best suited to lead the said departments.

Recruiters could quickly view the number of applicants and identify when additional recruiting efforts are needed to meet the objective. |
