Diversity in a Globalized Economy

Diversity is to have different people from various ethnic, race, culture, socioeconomic and interests in the same place. The globalized economy is defined as an increasingly widespread international movement; economic globalization is the globalization of production, market, new technology, finance, labor, institutions, and corporations. When a company promotes inclusiveness and Diversity in the organization is one key fact to foster open-mindedness in the global organization's culture. The benefit of promoting Diversity and inclusiveness will benefit the company alone, but it makes the working environment a conducive place for all the employees. The possible alternatives strategies for addressing opportunities or problems in Diversity in a globalized economy will be as follows;

Commit to boosting tour own culture competency

To help solve Diversity in globalization, it will require people to learn different cultural traditions of other people and work approaches and keep them updated with what is happening in the global event and politics. Create time to understand your coworker from different backgrounds, learn about their culture, and travel in different ways, hence helping you know how people from different parts of the world behavior, the skill of cross-culture communication crucial in an organization. When people understand better how different cultures behavior, it will boost communication and minimize misunderstanding in the working environment.

We are seeking new perspectives and ideas.

Organizations with people from different cultures usually have different ways to approach organizational issues. That way, you will find different ways of solving issues in the same organization through their Diversity of life experience. Some offer a solution that is technical that you may not have considered on your own. When an organization creates a perspective that embraces and values can create a relationship with different business people, the inclusive culture embraced in the organization will help retain diverse talents and attract global job seekers.

Treating other people rightful

As it always said, treat others as you wish to be treated also. It will help solve problems in Diversity in a globalized economy. In a Diverse environment, people are encouraged to be considerate and sensitive to what others expect, what your cultural norms may be very different from your colleagues, and it may sometimes bring conflict. When we know what other cultures perceive, we will be able to avert misunderstanding and cred a conducive working environment. In case of misunderstanding of other people's culture, it will be good to apologize for showing respect to other cultures, leading to a conducive working environment among people from a different culture.

Observing the diverse tradition and holidays from other cultures

When organizations create calendars for different culture diverse holidays, it will give them an excellent opportunity to celebrate their culture and other cultures that they were not aware. Through the celebration of different cultures, teamwork is achieved through colleagues at different levels in the organization. When the organizations know about other cultural, religious practices, they will avoid scheduling lunch during the fasting period. Knowing your colleague's religious practices will be of great importance to the organization, and giving them a day off will not be a big issue in the organization. (Yong, 2019).

Contributing to the cultural Diversity of your organization

When we contribute to the Diversity of culture in our organization, it will help solve Diversity in a globalized economy. Diversity in the organization can take different forms; that why it is always good not to underestimate the value of culture added to the organization. When we exercise our background, the culture and experience in our working environment can boot our workmates' professional experience. Always positively use your cultural practice to Promote Diversity in the organization, embrace it, and build understanding in the working environment. When we learn about our colleague's culture, we will efficiently connect since we may have similarities in our culture, hence strong bounding in the workplace (Itamv& Bagali, 2018).

From the above strategies for addressing opportunities or problems in Diversity in a globalized economy, I will recommend treating other people rightfully as the best plan of action to be implemented as my first option. Treating other people with respect is what I believe everyone would wish for themselves. We have had a case of employers mistreating their employees to extend their being in a depression condition, some develop high blood pressure, and some end up in stressful conditions that may affect their lives. The condition of mistreating employees, especially those who are far from their country, becomes worse for them to seek refugee other people who are not from their culture. There is an excellent need for respect to other people's culture, background, race, among others, to respect regardless of their position in the organization to achieve a conducive working environment in Diversity.

The specific components to my overall recommendation approach are that there is a tremendous profit when we bring respect to our working condition, take other people's burden as our own, value their culture, and respect their views. When we uphold respect, we will avoid discrimination that has to be a significant problem in our country; people will continue to diversify globally, hence increasing globalization. Respect is earned when you value others, treat them rightfully, and help solve problems experienced in Diversity in a globalized economy. My plan of action is to bring a tremendous change in Diversity in a globalized economy that will benefit many people while working with people from around the globe.

Some of the matrices that I will demonstrate in success are to develop some indicator of the organizational culture to ensure the workers are working cooperatively with other staff and let them know that their efforts are greatly needed for the organization's success. Will ensure customers' satisfaction while the employers adhere to culture and let the worker know that the organization depends on the customers for it to progress. When the organization obtains a customer reputation dissatisfaction, they will need to focus on changing the efforts rather than focusing on making the organization grow. They will need to put the track on the cash flow and track all the organization marketing so that we can focus on the import part of the growth in the company.

In conclusion, when we promote Diversity and develop a global mindset to understand the cross-culture, it will benefit many people around the globe; respect for other people culture will be earned, knowing other people culture will be of great benefit, it will avoid looking down upon others in the organization despite the difference that lies between the cultures and hence promote a conducive working environment that will to achieving the goal desired in the organization.
