Part 1 (10 points)

2 points for each day recorded (6 total points)

1 point for providing portion sizes each day (3 total points)

1 point for including a weekend

Part 2 (8 points)

3 points for breaking out each day into CHO, protein, fat exchanges and kcals

3 points for exchanges/using the exchange list properly (no food labels allowed for this section)

1 points for totaling each day (-1 point for only providing the total of all 3 days combined)

1 point for averaging the 3 days

Part 3 (10 points)

2 points for using dietary analysis software

1 point for analyzing 3 days

3 points for analyzing diet for CHO, protein fat and kcals

2 points for analyzing diet for vitamins and minerals

2 point for proving the spreadsheet with your assignment

Part 4 ( 2 points)

2 points for answering the entire question
