1. Find 5 job listings/ads for a health career you are interested in pursuing.
a. Look for detailed job listings that list qualifications.
b. These can be found in newspaper classifieds, internet job searches, company websites, etc.
2. List the 5 jobs searched including the following information: the title of each
position, the employer or hiring company, the location of the job, the type of department
or facility (example: Registered Nurse; Local Hospital Name; Lynchburg, Virginia;
Labor and Delivery).
3. Type a good summary paragraph of what employers are looking for in those job
listings. Discuss similarities found in qualifications, skills, and character traits.
References (provide a full reference for each of the 5 jobs searched)
