Summary and analysis of the client’s situation.
Analyse their situation in terms of their complex needs
Applicable loan structures or options
Propose at least three products.
At least one must include a new or non-standard product, and this should be mentioned specifically.
Prioritise the products that you are suggesting and put them in the order that you consider to be most appropriate for the client’s situation.
