Megan George

Production

• The women apparel will be produced in Canada. • They will be produced outside the country. • It is one of the best locations to do business. • It supports eco friendly production (Rausch & Kopplin, 2021). • It has over 15 known eco friendly clothing brands produced

in the country.

Packing requirements

• Various options will be used to package the clothes: 1.Biodegradable portable bags 2.Versatile cardboard will be used for shipping the clothes. 3.Encouraging the customers to come with their own bags. 4.Packaging made out of fabric (Su et al., 2019).

Packaging requirements

• Packaging will be governed by the following federal requirements:

1.Packaging must have minimal emissions to help protect environment.

2.The packaging must be recyclable or recoverable. 3.Must ensure safety and high hygiene standards. We will keep a record as a proof of compliance.

Delivery

• Production will be completed by March 31st 2022. • After the completion of production quality assurance checks

will follow. • Once the quality is verified the clothes will be shipped from

Canada through air (Su et al., 2019). • This is the best delivery since it is faster. • This means that the clothes will get to us faster so that we

can start selling.

Order

• The order will be broken down as follows: • Small: 1000 pieces • Medium: 2000 pieces • Large: 1000 pieces The sizing of the clothes considers the target market for the clothes.

Retail price

• The clothes will be sold between $300-$400 • This will help cater for the costs of production that will be

between $230-$270 per piece depending on the garment. • The costs are high to ensure sustainability (Diddi et al.,

2019). • This price is affordable considering that the target market is

middle class women.

Conclusion

• The apparel will be produced in Canada and this is because the country supports sustainable clothing.

• The packaging will be recyclable and biodegradable. • Delivery will be done by air for the garments. • The clothes will be sold from $300
