1, Can you please first briefly describe what chia seed is for some readers that do not even know this plant?

Chia seeds ,they are very nutrient, contain fat. This is original from Mexico.

2, What kind of environment do chia seeds need to be cultivated in?

It needs to be dry soil, does not require too much water to grow up. They need warm temperature, cold weather like Indiana will possibly kill them. Place like Mexico, Guatemala are great for them to grow.

3, Can I eat to much chia sed a day? What’s the bad effect if we eat too much?

No, they absorb water and creates a gummy texture around the seed- mucilage help chia sed to absorb water. They are going to clog your digest system.

If you eat too much and eat them dry not in appropriate condition, it causes clogged and Constipation

4, what kind of nutrients does chia seeds contain?

They have tons of nutrients, make them outstand, they have the Amino acid. They also have very high contained of fiber.

There are a bunch of factors that can help them to lose weight. They are high content of fiber, law Calorie input. Chia seeds does not contain any starch, this make them a low source of Calorie coming from carbohydrate. They have a high content of soluble and insoluble of fibers.
