You will develop a case study of a cloud service.  You will be supplied with a Word document template to format your report, to which no changes in the format are allowed except adding some novel content of your own. The report should be a minimum of 3-page and a maximum of the 4-page document, excluding references which has no limit using a reasonably sized font, for instance, font size 12. Please note that you cannot add any appendix to your report. You are encouraged to present your report in any creative way you may want, for instance, if you like artwork then include plenty of images drawn by you (using images copied from the Internet would result in a heavy penalty) in your report and briefly explain them. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words! You are also required to explain your findings through examples, or in other creative ways you can think of. Note that you should strive hard to make your report as interesting as possible and compelling for a reader to read it. Reports consisting of four-pages of copied-and-pasted content from the Internet would be heavily penalized. It will be easy to find whether the text in the report has been copied and pasted from external sources.

The Case Study Computing software, hardware and even applications could be sold through the utility business model (like electricity or water). Instead of building a physical data centre, a cloud computing service provider runs a cloud computing system to serve someone else. You are required to select a cloud service of your liking and write a case study about its creation, nature and effects of the cloud service in the economy of the world as a whole. Make sure you are able to cover all the relevant topics under the cloud service that you choose. You can find out what is relevant related to your favourite service on the Internet, news websites, or recent books in the library. Therefore, you are encouraged to read and explore as much you can in order to make your report stand out.
