Organization’s mission is its reason for existence. It mirrors back the values and culture of top management in a company. Having a perfect mission in a company, employees feels inspired since the mission provides a focus for setting less level objectives. Organizations should own missions that define the expected shareholders return which in return should measure the expected performance. Before a company makes any mission, it should consider how they differ from competition, whether is branding system, employees or in terms of technology.
Generally, an organization, defines what acceptable behavior via mission statement is. Both values and beliefs are the center of a firm mission statement. Therefore, mission, values and culture gives meaning to the organization by quoting what the company wants to achieve and reasons for wanting to attain such goals.
The company’s concept is an approach employed by groups to come up with an outline and structure for solving challenges to increase productivity. With an organized structure a company is able to attain set expectation of their investors. The company’s theory also uses series to find out how firms function best. Therefore, this theory can be to identify the best strategies that can be used to effectively run an organization to attain general success (Wickman,2007).
Furthermore, every company has mission which depicts the aim of that group and their main vision for fulfillment of their desires. Within the scope of that mission one can therefore be able to see values that are of significance to the company. Also it’s essential that companies sticks to their missions and is achieving their aim by use of various efforts. Organization’s effectiveness and commitment towards their missions is measured in different ways.
