The project describes much of how the organization approaches its work but the use of business analyses to provide an assessment/application of models, theory or other appears to be missing. the project needs to go beyond describing/summarizing and provide analyses that will help to address the business issue. Typically, students include MBA type analyses such as SWOT, PESTLE, VRIO, industry analysis, competitive analysis, customer analysis, trend analysis, financial analysis. Select the ones that will provide the most aligned data for your recommendations

There is robust discussion in this area, but keep in mind that the recommendations need to be well supported and address the business issue. For greater competency, provide details for implementation and insight into impact on the organization.
