Method:

I will take literature review as a typical method to carry out in-depth research about the influence brought by religion upon employment rate. First of all, the literature review based on database such as Pew Research Center is supposed to provide a general understanding about religious populations and economic growth of those countries. Further still, literature review is supposed to provide a deeper understanding about different ways for religious beliefs to change people’s mindsets and behaviors in the business landscape and economic arena and to influence the employment rate. Particularly, the literature review and analysis is supposed to focus on some major aspects, such as aspiration to pursuit economic growth, enthusiasm or compliance with economic policies, professional ethics, and reliance upon unemployment benefits etc. During such a process, comparison and contrast is necessary to identify whether the positive influence of religion outweigh its negative influence upon employment.
