Hospitality business Strategy Case
Hospitality business Strategy

Case Study – Scenario B
PAPER (65 pts.)
Assignment Overview:
Create a Fictional Company for this project.
1. You may choose to base your company on real one (such as the one your team featured in
your organizational analysis assignment) or let your imagination soar! The choice is up to
each group; however, your company should be believable and relatable.
a. To that end, you should conduct research using library resources (academic papers,
journals, trade journals, company profiles, periodicals, newspapers, etc.). Recall Gast
Librarian, Breezy Silver’s, overview of hospitality business resources housed in the
MSU/Gast Library, and available via the Gast Library web page. Also, consider other
sources of information such as company web sites, media sources (print/web/social), and

fictional company in reliable, credible, verifiable resources.
