The final project focuses on exporting a product or service from California to another part of the USA market or to an international market. The topic of the final project is only about McDonald's
Written Analysis:
The written integrative case analysis should be:
a) typed, double-spaced, a minimum of ten (10) pages and a maximum of fifteen (15) pages. (this page count does not include cover page, table of Contents and works cited pages)
b) use MLA format.
c) Do Not cite Wikipedia as a citation.
d) Remember to spell check and grammar check and provide sub-headings.
Written components include:
· A Cover page including the title of your case, your name, the date, the course name
· A Table of Contents as a guide to the report information
· The Executive Summary is the first section of the paper; however, it is the last section to be written.
· The reason for writing this section last is that you need to have written the entire document so that you are able to identify the key ideas the reader expects to review in the paper.
· REMEMBER the Executive Summary is for the EXECUTIVE. This means it needs to attract the Executive to either read the rest of the document or, more likely, refer the document to the appropriate staff person to read e.g. marketing, production, legal, etc.
· This section can be as long as 1-page and it is clearly longer than a paragraph.
· The Introduction section begins to describe the case background. It identifies the key issues to begin the analysis.
· Identify the organization (manufacturing, service, government, import/export, etc.)
· Draw structural framework (organizational chart)
· Explain your role in the organization, if any
· The Body …
· No need to restate concept just apply the concept to the company
· REMEMBER to address the core issues of the course provide 3 examples of each concept area
