Objective

Target audience/Client:

· Legislatures and people involved with managing the Transportation Decarbonization Investment Account.

Problem statement or Research question:

· Determine how funding from HB2020 revenue can be spent on transportation, for now focusing on electric transportation infrastructure as the most probable route, specifically electric charging facilities.

· Explore how else electric transportation could be supported by HB2020.

Project Action Plan and Timetable

· Physical diagram of the full problem profile w/ respect to physical elements as brainstorming activity (Week 5)

· Meet with representative to learn more about trucking electrification & infrastructure through HB2020 (ASAP)

· Research written information regarding HB2020 & existing efforts towards trucking electrification & infrastructure (Week 5 - 7)

· Compile & synthesize findings (Week 7)

· Write proposal outline w/ sources and delegate writing areas (Week 8)

· Write proposal draft (Week 9)

· Create presentation (Week 8 - 9)

· Finish proposal paper (Week 10)
