· Over the course of the semester you have completed the interview part of the PAS for items 1-21. Submit the scores that you recorded for each item.

· Using those results, identify one aspect of the program to improve. (Be specific! For example, it must be a PAS item within a Subscale or an entire Subscale. You should message me with your chosen item/items/subscale for approval.) For these chosen items you should include a table showing how you scored each indicator and the notes you made.

· For example:

· Look at the NAEYC Program Standards and Criteria and identify how this area for improvement aligns with them. Again be specific and cite the most relevant criteria (or Topic Area) and how these integrate in a system.

· Write your overall goal (What is the system you will be putting into place?) in narrative form and then at least 2 SMART goals which will define how you will achieve this new system to address the area to improve.

· Develop a detailed Action plan for each SMART goal. Remember an action plan are the steps you need to take to reach your goal. Use the Action Plan form distributed in class…..make sure you include steps, people, resources, barriers and evaluations as you see in the plan. Use the handwashing action plan as guidance.

· Include any forms or checklists or flyers you developed that you might use in the steps of the action plan.

· Assignment including Action Plans should be 7-10 pages in length. Please complete your assignment as a word document and submit it as an attachment.
