The topic of the final project is LGBT oppression in the modern society. The project focus on outlining ways in which individuals with unique sexual orientation in the society are discriminated against within the society despite having equal rights as heterosexual individuals.
Q2.
The main approach used by the project in promoting the rights of the LGBT is to propose ways in which various laws already implemented can be used in forming a conclusive policy to enhance sexuality rights in the society.
Q3.
The main focus is on ensuring there is no discrimination in organizations and society on basis of sexual orientation. This include focusing on the areas where the prevalence of such discrimination is high such as in employment where some organizations have bias against certain candidates on basis of sexuality such as denying gays certain jobs. Also, there are incidents when members of the LGBT are denied certain services in public fraternities such as public hospitals and schools (Mara et al, 2021). With a structured policy that has all laws incorporated within, there would be minimum incidences of discrimination. Also, the project will highlight the necessary measures to combat violation of sexuality rights policy in the society by such organizations or individuals.
Q4. Not applicable

Q6.
Unlike other activities in the semester, the project is unique in that it explores the role of multiple data sources and data appraisal techniques in that it will require collecting data from different sources of law and policies and appraising them on basis of relevance to the LGBT topic.
Q7.
The only challenge expected is complexity in determining appraisal technique. In that case the question to the instructor is whether there is a specific appraisal technique that can be most appropriate in this or similar project.
