SAS is a company6 that is entrusted with analytics functions and activities and this company specifically offers services for companies and organizations that are seeking immediate and instant value from the data that they do have. SAS therefore has a deep bench of analytic solutions and an extensive knowledge on this industry and this has specifically made the company to thrive in the market since it makes the customers who are interested in this to fee confident in the services that are provided by the company. SAS therefore gives its customers the ability to identify and discover insights from the data that they do have and make sense of the same. Through the data therefore, the company helps its customer in the process of identifying what exactly is not working and fixing it and also identify what that is working and work on improving and maintaining it. (Delapenha et al., 2020)

The fundamental principles that are utilized by SAS Company are aimed at ensuring that there is optimal performance by the employees especially the ones who are selected to be in specific managerial positions. The managers in this case are focused are focused by the development of the employees that are under them rather than their own success. This therefore helps in bringing about and building a great team that will help the overall company to succeed. Any decision that SAS Company considers making it ensures that every part of the organization is considered. The decision making strategy that the company therefore considers and applies is aligned with the system thinking approach of decision making that is creative. The company specifically chooses to treat its employees as people rather than commodities which is something that is very different comparing it with the other companies that are already existing in the same sector (Crowley, 2017). The company therefore believes that its success is directly attributed to the hard work that its employees put in their daily activities, this therefore makes the company to treat its employees as they are the ones that are making the company to make the profits that they are getting and be successful and this makes SAS to be the best company that any individual should choose working in. SAS vision is to transform the world of data into a world of intelligence and the mission that the company has is to inspire and empower with the most trusted analytics.
