Research Question
Research Question: What are the key characteristics needed to be a successful manager in today’s business environment?
I would encourage you to identify a minimum of 5 characteristics, present your case for selecting them, and defend your reasoning. Characteristics include (but not limited to):

How will these characteristics contribute to the effectiveness of managers within a company? How will the company benefit from managers having these characteristics? What might be some issues if these characteristics are not visible? How important are they really? Are they valuable to the company? Why or why not? How would you make a case to a company to develop these characteristics into the organization's culture?
The paper is your final project in place of a final exam. Your paper should consist of 7-10 pages, double spaced Times New Roman 12 pt. you should include a cover sheet and a minimum of three peer-reviewed scholarly references on a separate reference sheet to be included with the paper.
