Background
Explain project parameters as defined in project description
Project statement: The movie will be a fictional movie that tries to detail how some of the people get to rise above the ladder and gain so much riches. The movie is about Leonardo DiCaprio who is a poor man trying to work and see if he can make both ends meet. He works in an office where is he is paid less but has got no option but to keep working.
Project Objective

The goal is to ensure that the deliveries put in place such as the time and the cost and how well they have met business goals.
Top Down Cost Estimate: The cost for the project whole is estimated to be around $500000 since it will not be a more complicated project. I arrived at the cost by looking at the whole equipment that would be used together with the crew (Mirza, Pourzolfaghar & Shahnazari, 2013). The service, in this case, is to entertain the people and also an educative movie.
Top Down Schedule Estimate: The first thing is that the project will need much time for it to be completed. For instance, it will require about two weeks to do the whole setting and collect all the needed information. The project manager will be in charge of all operations taking place in the projects and will ensure that the timeframe pout in place is followed. I arrived at the estimation due to the fact that the project will be set in different locations. It will also incorporate a larger crew in that they will be allowed to participate after some time.

The other business goal in this case is to ensure that the project is accomplished at the right time and able to meet the demands of the customers. The goal is to ensure that the deliveries put in place such as the time and the cost and how well they have met business goals.

The cost of the project whole is estimated around $5000000 since it will not be a more complicated project. The cost will be used in getting various equipment's such as:

The rest of the money will be used to hire staff and other equipment as well as the location where the movie will be showing.
