Final Project

The Capstone Final Project is an opportunity for you to bring together concepts, skills, and practices you have learned within your program and integrate them into your next steps as a professional. 

You will construct a detailed and well-thought-out analysis of a real-world business that employs many of the business theories, concepts, and relevant strategic analysis tools studied in the program.  This week’s deliverable integrates the analysis, recommendations, revisions, instructor feedback, and student learning from all of the sections from the previous weeks into one cohesive document.

Your final paper will be a minimum of 10 pages in length, use APA formatting, and follow this structure:

Executive Summary

Table of Contents

Introduction

Description of your project including the reasons why you chose it and what you hope to gain from the project.

Answers to the following questions:

How can you utilize your transformational leadership skills towards moving this project forward?  Please specifically consider multiple constituencies with divergent needs including ethical objections and social responsibility.

How will you address the change management process as part of your project. How will you include setting direction, aligning, and motivating employees toward this change?

What are the risk and entrepreneurial solutions for sustainability innovation that delivers economic and social value?

Does this project have global impact?  Why or why not? 

What cultural difference do you see as having a potential impact on best practices? 

Application of one or more managerial theories you can apply as you move this project forward.
