Outline for the Final Group Paper

1. Title page

This page includes company name or logo, project title (if any), name of the group and members.

2. Background information

Based on milestone 1, write down background information about the company: mission, vision and goals, current target markets, major competitors, and any major current trends that might influence the business.

3. Description of the problem

Based on milestone 2, identify customer gaps that are critical to fill and write down specific research questions/objectives you address. For example, the objective may be to test if advertisements in a specific geographic region could increase brand awareness.

4. Research design and methodology

Based on milestone 2&3, provide the information about a method you chose, research instrument, data collection period, etc. Be sure to address sources of data. You can add data collection forms to the appendix at the end. You can also list assumptions you have made when conducting data collection: sample size, margin of error, and cause-effect relationships.

5. Results

Based on milestone 3, write down the key findings and explain why the company has failed to provide desirable service offerings (provider gaps).

6. Recommendations

Based on milestone 4, write down creative and feasible action plans using 7Ps. In addition, explain how you would measure the business outcomes of those action plans and discuss the limitations of those action plans.

7. References, appendix, etc.

Attach all the documents used during the project: surveys, respondent demographics, data collection tools, and third-party reports.
