I. Introduction

A. Thesis statement

The intentions of putting up my Rosie Ann Krause’s Restaurant were to be the best hospitality industry in the world providing the best quality products and services in Event management and outside catering.

II. Idea and proposal

A. Rosie Ann Krause’s Restaurant is seeking for the provision of recreational, event management and entertainment solutions. There is also the quest for providing facilities for hires such as tents and chairs and reliable sound for hiring apart from the outside catering and other hospitality needs for clients.

B. The hiring of tents and chairs will be directed to events like the kinds that may be on the expansive recreational grounds. This is where the sounds for hire will start to be used for the clients who will feel it necessary for utilizing.

C. The services like the sound and hospitality will be provided to the best of qualities in the market. This will help ensure that the customer who has been served, if not come back for other services, they will inform people on the best of services provided thus flow of customers.

III. Feasibility study

A. Rosie Ann Krause’s Resort has identified a niche in the market on entertainment service. This may also include hospitality especially in outdoors events which are on the rise with according to the owner’s choice.

B. The rise in the countries income has also led in rising of the disposable income for relatively a large group of people. This implies that a lot of people can save more for entertainment services. This, therefore, showcases that there are a lot of customers for the entertainment services at the moment.

C. Businesses also just provide jobs that are urgently needed. The tents and chairs will soon be of high demand and there is a high need for team buildings in different companies. This implies that they might higher the tents and chairs on the ground thus this will attract profit.

IV. Aims and Objectives.

A. The aim of Rosie Ann Krause’s Resort is to be the world forerunner in the industry of Hospitality by providing the best quality products and services in Event management and outside catering.

B. Our objective is to be the best and most preferred destination of own choice for vacations and also recreations.

V. Implementation requirements

The implementation of this business will take the enquiring of some things that are essential in the whole of the business.

A. The first thing that will be required for the process to be successful is the tents. Tents that are supposed to be hired out should be acquired. In addition to tents, chairs are also supposed to be available since they will also be hired out.

B. The music system is also essential. This is because sound system is also among what we intend to hiring out. In addition to all these, we are supposed to find personnel who will be as workers for taking the tents and chairs hired out plus the sound system.

VI. Implementation plan

The plans set aside for implementation are to assure that the requirements are reached out to.

A. The tents and chairs are to be hired at the start so as to facilitate events that will be taking place on the expansive recreational grounds. These will be later bought although with regard to how much it will be bringing.

B. The outdoor entertainment will also be ventured into with respect to the global market trends (Raj, Walters, & Rashid, 2013). The sounds will also be for hire and they will be taken out by a group in the company mostly with the catering and hospitality department with respect to the customer's demand.

VII. Monitoring and Evaluation

A. Immediately after the implementation, there will be a series of monitoring and evaluation to confirm the efficiency of the business. These will be done frequently so as to confirm if it is at all profitable (Bennis, & Joan, 2003).

B. The monitoring process that will be undertaken is the business process monitoring. This will entail to consider or check if by chance there are any losses or profits occurring. The reasons for profits and losses will be determined to confirm any weaknesses to work on strengths to find ways of improving too (Chishoml, & Martell, 2013).

VIII. Future practice

A. Rosie Ann Krause’s Restaurant is expected to provide the catering hospitality services in addition to the tents and chairs for hiring in the pace of setting. This is expected to be at a much cheaper price so as to get as many customers as possible and still at the same time get profits.

B. These services are presumed to be in high demand at the place of setting, therefore, they will continue to be provided for a longer time and even need more employers than before while it continues to grow.

IX. Conclusion

In conclusion, Rosie Ann Krause’s Restaurant is expected to be an effective place when it will be running. This place will automatically offer the best services of all on the ones having been outlined it should partake. All these will be directed towards profit to the firm but still customers will be considered at all cost in a matter of fact so as not to like scare them away. This implies that the best of all prices will also be available at Rosie Ann Krause’s Restaurant.
