All students will need to submit a final paper about your internship experience. The following outline will provide structure for the paper. The overarching theme for the paper is to explain how your internship has helped launch you into the public health profession. The 10-12 page summary of the internship experience must meet the academic standards of APA style. The language must be original; copy/paste from the intermittent reports and 50-hour summaries is not allowed.
Write the final paper as though you want to convince me to hire you.
Please include the following topics:
1) A brief history of the agency with which you interned, and how they fit into the general structure of public health. (This information must be referenced.)

5) An evaluation of how the internship has prepared the student for a career in the public health profession, including reflection in development of core competencies; and
6) A description of how the student has contributed to the host site.
