English 111 has been of great importance to me particularly in terms of writing. This is because it has equipped me with high skills and knowledge that is essential in writing different English contents and being creative. English 111 has equipped me with skills and understanding that will go a long way in my life to make me a better person. It has equipped me with adequate skills to predict future writing styles and techniques using ancient and modern creative writing and artistic techniques. Therefore, English 111 has been of immense importance to me not only as a student but also as a professional writer. Because of English 111, I have learned that writing is a simple process that requires certain process or style to be followed. Contrary to believe of many people that writing is difficult, writing is easy and everybody can write. This is because writing does not always demand creativity, it sometimes requires observation and understanding. Therefore, an individual can easily write about his/her life experiences or encounters. However, the technique and style used will differ depending on the targeted audience.

One of the ways in which English 111 helped me is that it helped me to discover that I can be a great poet and artist. Before the beginning of English 111, I did not like poems and artworks. This was because I find it difficult to understand the actual meaning of the poems or artworks. However, with the knowledge gained from English 111, I have learned how to analyze and use different writing skills and artistic styles. This has made me enthusiastic about poems and artworks as I am capable of understanding and interpreting the outside and inner meaning of poems and artworks. Consequently, I have developed interests in poems and am now determined to be a poet. I have also discovered that writing is part of our daily lives and there is no way an individual can avoid it. As a result, I have learned to acknowledge and embrace every piece of writing and always try to look at their deeper meanings unlike initially where I did not bother to think of pieces of writings had other meanings that need critical analysis in order to understand them.

The writing process and concepts of compositions were of the most beneficial learning activities to me. This is because they equipped me with immense creative writing skills. The writing process helped me to understand how to prepare myself and approach different types of content. For instance, writing a poem and analyzing it was a major problem but having learned the writing process, I am now capable of writing a poem easily because I already know the process. Writing process is crucial in any type of writing so it is major requirement if anybody wants to succeed in writing. This is because every piece of writing has a writing process, and if you do not know the process, then there are high chances of coming up with a bad piece of writing. For instance, you have to know your targeted audience before starting to write. You also need to have a topic which your targeted audience can relate to. You should also choose a language that is familiar to your targeted audience, and which they can easily understand without needing more interpretations.

Concepts of composition were also very crucial. This is because it helped me to understand how I can come up with different writing content and writing styles and techniques. I am now capable of writing essays, articles, and poems easily unlike initially. Concepts of composition equipped me with skills and experience that will help me to be a successful career writer. This is because I can now combine different writing styles and techniques and creativity to come up with an interesting piece of writing. With the concepts of writing demanding that you rely on both past, present and future trends, I am now skilled in analyzing events and capable of putting them in writing creatively. The composition is crucial aspect of writing and having learned it, it has equipped me with high skills that I will be always using in an effort to make myself a good writer.

In conclusion, it is clear that English 111 is a crucial topic not only for students but also career writers. This is because they provide us with new detailed means through which we can use to become good writers or improve our writing skills. The writing process and concepts of compositions are crucial subjects that should be taught at all levels of learning. This is because writing processes and concepts of composition form the basis on which writing is derived hence, there is need for everybody who aspires to be a writer to learn these topics.
