Final Paper: Integrative Analysis and Prescription for Change (required for

assessment)

In the final paper, you will revise the draft paper based on feedback of your paper draft

and use the concepts on change that describe what management should do to improve

the organization’s functioning. This paper is expected to be 10-15 pages (doublespaced).

Tables, charts, and pages containing details of sources will not be included in

determining page length.

Writing: It will be hard for the instructor to understand your ideas and contributions

unless you write them well. Please take care to ensure that:

1. The organization is clear and easy for a reader to follow. (very important)

2. The sentences are clear and easy to understand. (very important)

3. There are no spelling errors, grammar errors and a minimum of typos—no more

than one per page. (Moderately important. Use that spelling checker!)

4. You provide a table of contents with page numbers. (important )

5. Adopt proper use of the instructor’s selected citation style. (Least important)
