Personal branding should be competitive considering the rate at which unemployment increases across the world. Lack of a competitive personal branding is likely to lead to joblessness regardless of one’s skills and expertise especially since many unemployed people strive for the same scarce opportunities in various industries. Specific industries seek precise skills which may be dynamic based on how clients’ needs change regularly upon introduction of similar items or more advanced needs. Hence, personal branding should accommodate those changing needs and put one in a competitive position in the job market. I have a plan to brand myself appropriately in the market and repackage my skills to suit the high demand for employment and scarce opportunities. Some key aspects that I intend to develop include academic, personal, and career ones which can be developed by seeking practical experience in any recommended workplace. Hence, there is a need to strategize how my professional branding will be undertaken based on the current job market forces and my long and short term goals.

Summary of my raw materials

One vital element for me to develop my profession is to understand myself in all aspects such as weaknesses and strengths. Hence, I should first analyze my current skills and strengths as one means of learning my interests and their probable contribution on my career. One way of knowing my skills is noting everything that I believe that I can perform best and evaluate the responses with honesty regardless of whether they are positive or negative. Another way that I used to synthesize my personal raw materials is by performing aptitude tests that tells me my strengths and skills. RichardStep Strengths and Weakness online enabled me to evaluate myself by answering simple questions and noting the answers that I got with utmost sincerity even if I would not be sure about their validity. The evaluation enabled me to determine the following elements as my strengths upon answering those online questions:

The targeted market segments

The professional marketing plan is intended to a particular group of people. Distinguishing these groups will help them establish abilities that they require. Each market is not quite the same as others, and in this manner distinguishing them beforehand previously is a key step required. This action will direct me to understand what these group of audiences need now, and their future requests. It is significant in creating skills and attributes so my branding will pull them to my brand.

Potential Target market

Since my enthusiasm has been food, plant sciences, the potential target market is all organizations that are either in food or plant sciences industry. This incorporated all agrochemical organizations and NGOs and UN offices dealing with food security. Consequently, Monsanto is the first in the rundown. FAO, Bureau Caritas and Land O'Lakes. All the above named organizations and directions are trustworthy and work universally.

Rationales for the target market

The explanation behind focusing on them is their image concerning how they treat their employees. These associations have their workers on the most fundamental level. They esteem workers as they realize that they are the greatest resource for their prosperity. Aside from how they handle workers, they work all inclusive. This implies in the event that they like my brand and I will get an opportunity of working in positions that I like. Also, it allows the employees to be perceived universally by enabling development to various nations. Hence, I will get a worldwide experience and how various individuals in different nations are taking care of issues.

The primary purpose behind focusing on these bodies is the manner in which they offer their employees a possibility of propelling in their respective careers. An individual can begin at a lesser position and rise gradually to a higher position. They offer their workers aggressive bundle, a possibility for vocation advancement and development. Another significant thing in my profession is that I need a place that offer opportunity to workers to practice new aptitudes. The above target market values innovation of their employees and they work to nurture them. Thus, they don't limit workers on what to do, but instead encourage them to work innovatively and invent different ideas that would facilitate their career development. According to them, result-just workplace management style is connected and they also offer focused, fulfilling, just as strong stipends. Generally, those organizations are adaptable to employees, and are subsequently what I need in my profession (Appendix 1).

Strategies that I will use to attain my set objectives

There are five targets that ought to be complete before a given set time (Appendix 2). I will begin enrolling for a 6 moth-marketing course at Zey Marketers while proceeding with my undergraduate studies. This course will start one week from now. I will ensure I pass every one of the tests relating to any course. Also, I won't squander whenever however select for graduate degree course, joining January admission when finishing my master’s course. The best way to deal with this is by a promoting course of events that will control me in accomplishing the set objectives.
