Topic 1: Development of Autonomous Vehicles in the USA and / or Globally

· WHAT do you expect will happen during 2020 to 2030?

1) Talk about Autonomous Vehicles G+5: Already cars been developed from google, and plans to execute this method in the next 5 years... People will not be using it or buying it in the begging because of the risk on relaying on software and its high pricing. Also, people aren’t ready to trade their old master piece cars for autonomous yet.

2) Talk about how autonomous vehicles in G+10 will be something normalized and it will kill most of the Taxi jobs, people will start using it and people will rely on the software because of Machine learning and AI. Software will develop itself to be more reliable than human drivers.

3) Talk about how manufacturers in the USA and globally will change their mass production focus to autonomous vehicles and focus more toward aspects of AI and Machine Learning and they will reduce the amount if not kill the fossil fuel cars production.

· HOW will these developments affect Management?

1)Talk about how these developments will effect management, and managing people in a sense of there will be already AI and Machine learning implemented in companies like GM, BMW etc.. where there will help eliminate managers and will rely on machines to manage people and for data accuracy.

· HOW will these developments affect Organization?

1)Talk how these developments when they start and are integrated and implemented in Automobile industry, people will start seeing and realizing the real shift of industry from fossil fuel car production to sustainable autonomous car production. People will be enlightened in the implementation of technology. Government, organization, and everyone will start using the process of AI and ML.

Topic 2: Development of Electric Vehicles in the USA and / or Globally

· WHAT do you expect will happen during 2020 to 2030?

1)Talk about the how there’s already electric cars developed in the USA and globally. For ex. Tesla... Also, talk about how all companies in the USA and globally in G+5 will start to integrate and change the mass production from fossil fuel cars to electric cars, for sustainability. Which is the Corporate Social Responsibility.

2) Talk about how in G+10 these electric cars will be developed in the USA and globally. Fossil fuel car production stops. A huge market will be available for people to buy electric cars and have unlimited energy from sun.

· HOW will these developments affect Management?

1)Talk about the development of electric vheicles, will effect the developments in everything. For example automobile industry, tech industry, construction industry, electronic industry, agricultural industry, aerospace industry, education industry. By implementing the electric vhecile and in USA and globally governments and organization will shift their focus from fossil fuel and will focus on sustainable and electrical energy. This will be integrated in all different industries, and it will improve the lives for future generations. This will affect the management in all different industries in which it will make industries sustainable and reliable on electrical energy which will improve the lives of human because of relaying on sustainable and not relaying on fossil fuels. No more Carbon dioxide in the air.

· HOW will these developments affect Organization?

1) Tak about how it will affect the processes in governments, and companies.. Electrical vheichle now implemented.. what are the steps of these developments, how is the sequence going to be… Is it going to change everything, meaning process in industries or is it only in some parts?
