Soft Skills: Communication Skills and Teamwork Skills

Soft skills are elements that can reflect personal characteristics. These elements

include a person's personality traits, social skills, ability to communicate with others,

language skills, personal behavior. With the help of soft skills, they can handle things

effectively. Hard skills are the technical skills and knowledge you need to do a certain

job. Depending on your field, your hard skills will be different. When you master soft

skills and hard skills, you have communication skills, expression skills, emotional

management skills, etc., which have become necessary skills in our career

development and in university. Based on having hard skills, using the energy of soft
