Please note:
There should be no excessive repeat of information if unnecessary Each topic should address determinants and disparities You may also want to consider downloading the software, Zotero. It automatically cites and populates the reference list for you. You can also connect it to your word document so that it imports and updates automatically: https://www.zotero.org/ (https://www.zotero.org/) The portfolio should be INTERESTING!! There should be visual aids and your group may also play around with formatting to make it more visually pleasing. For instance, for any organization/program discussion, you may want to format it as a separate "box" so that it can read like a case study in a textbook. All pictures/figures must be labeled I am not expecting you to include everything that was written in your weekly reports. You should be taking my feedback and making adjustments. You may find that some of the information is more appropriate in other sections of the portfolio that is fine. As you put together the information, you may feel that some pieces of information are not longer relevant this is fine too. If you are worried about grammar and spelling, please utilize the Writing Center: http://writingcenter.oregonstate.edu/ (http://writingcenter.oregonstate.edu/)
As always, let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
