Each agency will record their 20 minute campaign presentation utilizing Zoom and submit it by the deadline listed. After, each agency will email their client a link to the recording on the same day that it is due in Canvas, please make sure to copy me, [email protected]. The client will provide feedback directly to the AD.

You have two options to complete this task:

1. Your agency can opt to provide a shareable link from Zoom. Please review the Share Option directions

2. Actions 3. . Please review how to share, download, and delete cloud recordings in

Zoom 4. Links to an external site. 5. . 6. Your agency can opt to upload the recording to YouTube and share that

link. Please review the YouTube Upload Option directions 7. Actions 8. .

The presentation grade is dependent on the agency's overall performance in the recording. The group is expected to be professionally dressed and prepared for any technical difficulties that might occur.

A successful agency will:

● Focus on the strategy and tactics, while making connections to the research that prompted these ideas.

● Practice with their teammates a minimum of five times prior to your scheduled presentation date.

● Use proper elements of vocal and physical delivery, such as avoiding vocal fillers, pausing between thoughts, making direct eye contact, and having strong posture, among others.

● Use a visual aid (PPT, prezi, etc.). ○ One agency member will manage the visual aid

● Not go over or under time. ● Speak extemporaneously.

● Dress professionally. ● Turn their cameras on. ● Ensure all members are in attendance and presenting.
