Use this template for you final draft of the assignment. To use the template, copy and paste your revised business case sections. After filling in the business case sections, write an executive summary. The executive summary is a synopsis of the key points of the business case. This is likely to be the only section a decision-maker will read so make sure that:
1. It includes all key points, and
2. It is short and concise.
Before submitting your final draft, make sure that each of the sections are logically connected. For example, the evaluation criteria listed in Section 4 should be the criteria used in your analyses in Section 5. Another example is the use of the assumptions in the risk analysis (i.e., what happens if the assumptions do not hold)
BCS PPT
In conjunction with the Business Case, you will give a 10 minute presentation. The presentation should include a set of slides (PowerPoint, SlideRocket, or similar program) outlining the key points of your business case. You will be graded on your presentation style, slides, and structure. The file below gives tips for how to prepare and give your presentation.
