Course: EVSP411 – Environmental Policy, Regulation and Law Brief assignment description: Write a 5-7 page essay (excluding title page and references) on the following: Pick ONE environmental law or regulation, explain its history, purpose and goals in detail, and evaluate its successes and failures since enactment. Use subsequent court and legislative events, as well as information from the internet and/or printed literature, to help in your evaluation.
The Clean Water Act will be used as an example for the following guidance. In addition, the following assistance is based primarily on APUS library resources; however other research options are available and can be used successfully.
