We’ve spent a lot of time talking about the history of cinema over the course of the semester. We’ve also talked a bit about what your favorite movie is, but what we haven’t talked about is your favorite moviegoing experience of all time. We all have fond memories of spending time in those darkened rooms seeing some movie that captured our imaginations, so I want to hear about that. Tell me about the best filmgoing experience of your life. What made it so special? Was it just the movie or were there other circumstances that made the screening so special?
