Fences

In this shot, the setting will be on dimly lit boulevard, just below a tree. It will be in the evening with lighting coming from the streets light. The cat’s fur is all-white and the dog’s fur is black. The point of view of the camera will be positioned in such a way that it will take the position of both the cat and the dog. The camera distance will be a full shot to capture the two animals and show them in full to appear as the main characters in the scene. The contrast and color used in the scene will come from artificial ambient light from above that will appear to be produced by the street lights. Since the street lights will not be enough to capture the scene well, additional light will be used. This light must be the same color as the street lights. The camera movement will be tracking center to capture the conversation well. These animals will be shown to be talking with sounds coming from their mouths. Thus, to make them appear genuinely talking, the camera will track center to create the illusion of a real conversation. The editing style will be jump cuts to show scenes more smoothly. The sound will be stereo to make sure that the surrounding sounds are taken and used as background sounds. The scene will essentially start with a close up on the cat cleaning itself with its tongue. The dog will pass nearby wagging its and the cat will appear to spark off a conversation with the dog. The camera will track the dog as it draws near the cat and then full shots from a low angle will be done to capture the conversation. This way, the scene will have been completed from an editing perspective.
