fieldvisit3.docx

This is an option for virtual field visits - particularly when COVID was raging and people weren't able to get out. In this case, you can choose that option if you feel it will help you to learn about the region more than you could from a local site.

Choose a single topic and listen to all of the materials listed (you’re allowed to skip the ads).

NOTE: The target time spent absorbing media is approximately the same as a field visit – one to two hours. Please don’t listen to a single 20 minute podcast and think that you have enough content to fill the field visit form and the final 1500 word essay! We’ve grouped these to target that time frame. Your paper will be stronger and your experience more meaningful if you spend the assigned time immersed in the experience.
