One of the purposes of the meeting was to read and confirm the deliberations of the previous meeting.
The main purpose of the meeting was to deliberate on the strategies formulated in the previous meeting and the progress of their implementation in enforcing effective classroom cultural diversity and also in group management practices.

EXAMPLES OF HOW AGREED-UPON STRATEGIES WERE IMPLEMENTED
One of the examples was the inclusion of a culturally sensitive curriculum that incorporates the cultures of most of the learners. The curriculum acknowledges the legitimacy of different cultures.
Another example included creating pamphlets and seminars to inform and educate stakeholders on matters regarding cultural competence and appreciation of diversity.
Also, the methods of doing assignments were shifted from individual work to group handling of assignments with deliberately selected groups to accommodate different cultural backgrounds of students.
OUTCOMES OF STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION
Integration among stakeholders from different cultures in solving simple to complex problems has had a positive impact.
Challenges in fully committing some of the requirements of the strategies. Specifically, strategies aimed at creating awareness have either lacked funds or competent participants to carry the message.
DATA THAT REINFORCES THE CONTINUATION OR MODIFICATION OF STRATEGIES USED
Random surveys among the stakeholders affected have revealed a need to revise the strategies on cultural competency and awareness.
Deficits in the funds to implement some of the strategies act as a good data source.
PERSONAL REFLECTIONS ON EXPERIENCES OF COLLABORATING WITH FELLOW COLLEAGUES
In this meeting, I have gained insights into the effectiveness of integration. Association with colleagues from different cultures exposed unique tenets that are key in reinforcing cultural competency in classroom management.
