Overview

The role of the healthcare administrator requires a unique set of knowledge, skills and abilities. An effective method of identifying the knowledge, skills and abilities required to complete the tasks, duties and responsibilities of the role is to conduct an interview with a current healthcare administrator.

Instructions

The student will conduct interviews with 2 healthcare administrators in either a direct or non-direct healthcare facility. The student will submit an analysis of the key knowledge, skills and abilities needed to succeed in the positions. Include the perspectives of the interviewees to serving in the positions.
