Introduction
The fictional essay will entail a story from America (Hock & Stephen PG 1-5).On August 15th 2020, I was working late at my workplace on that fateful night. It was not a usual night because everything felt quieter than the usual days. It was that one night that left me shivering and this was not because of the cold that was outside because the heater in the office were on and I had my jacket on. The shiver was from the chilling fear that hit me once in a while as I was working. This was a different night and it was evident. The functional story will be about how I was working with a murderer but I did not know for years. My personal secretary was a murderer but I had no idea.

Purpose
The number of murders has increased over the years causing havoc in the world and to be specific in the workplace. As organizations try to embrace diversity as well as inclusion in the workplace, there is the need to understand each employee from a personal point and using their background information to understand their current and future Behaviours.

Conclusion
The world has become a harbor for deaths and evil deeds. People have normalized robbery with violence as well as killing. It has become the part of the people (Hume, PG 100).

· The question is what would you do if your personal secretary who over the years has become your best friend was a murderer and you only realized it after 3 years of working together?
