Thesis Statement

In order to ensure a successful academic career for students, and to help reduce their stress of navigating the educational system, TRIO programs should be offered to students at all colleges.

This source gives us all the information about the TRIO Program, which is a federally funded program for students who had disadvantages in the past and would like a higher education. Also, it has links to help students with severe problems, like low income, first generation, and disabled. The source also provides the different programs that are under the TRIO program. Finally, offer names of the founder of the program and what they do to keep this program. This source will help me in my essay because I can find all the information I need to describe the TRIO program. There is information in this source that I can use to back my argument with facts. I can also include what colleges offer this program and do research to see what colleges don't offer this program. This way, I can compare and contrast the colleges who offer TRIO to the colleges who don't and see how TRIO helps students.
