Propose Topic - Effective leadership in today’s digital world
Introduction
Effective digital leadership is based on the power to inspire and engage people. Leadership is based on the clarity and optimism of the leaders. The leaders must focus on building on communication and encouraging autonomy among the members. Identifying their goals and ensuring the organization's success [sentence fragment] (Bresciani et al., 2021). The leaders [leaders of what, tech companies? Be clear.] need to develop collaborative measures to ensure that all [subordinate?] leaders are included in the running of the activities.
Background
The leaders who can use technology [develop technology? Be clear.] are referred to as digital leaders. Leadership is associated with artificial intelligence and the use of big data in the world (Bresciani et al., 2021). The root of digital leadership is the current technological advancements [agreement in number: singular “leadership” and plural “advancements”].
Problem
Technological advancement [number: advancements] aid communication within the organization. The technology allows the leader to track conversations and therefore provide better service. Campaign Objectives
The study's objectives are to ensure that leadership analysis is developed in all organizations.
